CORE VALUES
We believe that people from all walks of life, regardless of where they are in their spiritual journey, matter to God and, therefore, to us. We embrace the concepts of relational evangelism and outreach as well as direct evangelistic invitations in our services. Luke 5:30-32, Luke 15, and Matthew 18:14.
We believe that the church should be culturally relevant while remaining biblically pure. This includes the concept of relating to our culture through innovation, facilities, materials, and methods to reach people where they are. I Corinthians 9:19-23.
We believe that anointed biblical teaching and preaching are the catalyst for transformation in individual lives, in families, and in the church. This embraces the concept of teaching for life-change. Romans 12:7, II Timothy 3:16-17, James 1:23-25.
We believe that dynamic spiritual growth happens best in small groups, in relationships, and in community. This embraces the concept of experiencing life together through friendships, discipleship, transparency, and accountability in various types of groups. Luke 6:13, Acts 2:44-47, Acts 2:42.
We believe that the church should operate as a unified team of men, women, youth, and children serving according to their spiritual gifts. This embraces the concepts of unity, servanthood, spiritual gifts, passion, personality, and ministry callings. I Corinthians 12:14, Romans 12, Ephesians 4, Psalm 133:1.
We believe that excellence honors God and inspires people. This embraces the concepts of evaluation, review, focused planning, intensity, and quality while being most concerned about the empowering of the Holy Spirit. Colossians 3:17, Malachi 1:6-14, Proverbs 27:17.
We believe that passionate devotion to Christ should be pursued by every believer. This embraces the concepts of stewardship, continual learning, servanthood, and the pursuit of Kingdom goals. Philippians 2:1-11, II Corinthians 8:7.
