CHURCH SERVICES
The Church of the Valley is ONE CHURCH body with multiple congregations. Our original congregation is the Strasburg congregation. We just completed our brand new facility at 2128 John Marshall Hwy, Strasburg. Sunday School starts at 9:30 am and the worship service starts at 10:45 am.
Communion and Prayer Note
We serve communion every Sunday from 10:30 to 10:45 am and our altars are
open for prayer during this time. Please feel free to participate during
this sacred time each Sunday. Additionally, Communion is served to our
entire congregation the first Sunday of each month. You do not have to be a
member to be served communion. The important thing is that you have made
Jesus your Lord and Savior!
SUNDAY SCHOOL
COME TO OUR EXCELLENT SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASSES! Our Sunday School classes meet at 9:30am on Sunday mornings for children and adults (married and/or single) of all ages. Meet new friends and enrich your lives through the study of God’s Word, the Bible!
Parents can drop their children ages newborn to 3 years in our Nursery, held during Sunday School and Morning Worship, and Pre-school classes (ages 4-5) as well.
Children in 1st – 5th grades have Sunday school at 9:30am, and our Children’s Church for them meets during the Morning Worship Service.
Our Youth (Grades 6 – 12) meet for Sunday School, led by Pastor John Nadeau, at 9:30am. Then we dismiss the children during the 10:45am service for pre-school classes (age 1-3) and Children’s Church (led by Pastor John, grades 1st – 6th).
ADULT SUNDAY SCHOOL
We have several options for adults to get involved in weekly Sunday School classes. Please call Pastor Wayne at 540.465.2413 or Pastor Chuck 540.984.4338 at for additional information.

From Winchester: Rt. 81 south take exit 296, second Strasburg exit, at the stop sign, take a right on John Marshall Hwy (Rt. 55) and proceed no more than 1/4 mile on the right side - look for the crosses and the flags.
From Harrisonburg: Rt. 81 north, take exit 296, first Strasburg exit, at the stop sign, take a left on John Marshall Hwy (Rt. 55) and proceed no more than 1/2 mile on the right side - look for the flags and the crosses.
Another Chance Church:
From Rt 81, exit at #315 toward Winchester. Turn left onto N. East Lane/VA 7. Turn a slight right onto E. Piccadilly Street/VA 7 to the church.
