Attend the Orientation/Membership Class
This class meets every couple of months on a Saturday morning from 9:30 - 11:30 at the church and is taught by Pastor Jay ... Click here to continue
Check out a Sunday School Class and/or be part of a Small Group
We have Adult Classes on Sundays at 9:30. We also have small groups that meet weekly in homes all over the Northern Shenandoah Valley. These are wonderful opportunities to learn and apply Bible principles while forming friendships with others here in our church ...

Featured Events
Sunday, July 5th, the day AFTER July 4th, we are going to have a great FREEDOM CELEBRATION SUNDAY here at The Church of the Valley. PROMISED LAND QUARTET will sing in both the 9:30 and 11:00 Sunday morning services. Uncle Sam will be with us and will be singing “I Am Proud To Be An American” in both services and will be bringing greetings to the children also in the Children’s Ministry during both the 9:30 and 11:00 services.
Following the 11:00 Service, at approximately 12:15, all are invited to gather at the foot of the crosses and flags for a special dedication time and the laying of the first memorial bricks in Freedom Memorial Park. TJ Stephens will sing one of his songs written by the inspiration of the crosses and flags. Invite your family and friends. Help us spread the word. A wonderful barbeque chicken dinner is planned with chicken, baked beans, cole slaw, rolls, beverages for $6/person with children under age 6 no cost. The Dedication and Memorial Service will last no longer than 30 minutes followed by the dinner there at Freedom Memorial Park.
